Wally foils a robbery of a Chinese restaurant and afterwards, meets the owner, Marshall Lau. Lau explains to Wally that he must master his inner power, or "chi" by traveling to Hong Kong and training with the Kung Fu master, Wizened Sage. After travelling to Hong Kong Wally eventually finds this Wizened Sage and begins his training to master his chi and learn the "death touch" or "Dim Mak".
