The "Little Hitler" storyline concludes as the Hulk must decide whether to save the boy destined to become the next Hitler. The Hulk is on the verge of killing Sabra - and all of Jerusalem is ready to kill Rick Jones! Also: the secret origin of Achilles!

• Sabra mentions how she was at the celebration of the Hulk's pardon on behalf of Israel. This happened in Incredible Hulk #279. The Hulk later went on a rampage from Incredible Hulk #296–300 after being made savage by Nightmare.

• Sabra makes reference to the Gulf War and Saddam Hussein, as though they are current events. These should be considered topical references per the Sliding Timescale of Earth-616. Particularly since the Gulf War ended in 1991 and Saddam Hussein was executed in 2006.
• This issue contains a letters page, Green Mail. Letters are published from Nic Weismiller, Cindy Lewis, Alan Page, John Casto, M.O. Sirvano, Mike Kaplan, and Jack Gilreath.
